Understand Counseling & Therapy

Counseling is a customized treatment option that will help you to explore and identify your emotions, face your trauma to overcome your fears, and reflect upon your action before and after seeking counseling. Al-Haadi team will help their clients to learn coping skills to empower them to work on difficult circumstances in life on a personalized level or through relationship problems. Family support and involvement is welcomed during the process of recovery to help our clients become a stable, stronger, healthier, and happier member of the community. Counseling aids to face and work through any difficulties one is experiencing now, or have in the past. Counseling sessions are typically a weekly meeting between the client and the counselor that gives them both an open, safe, and confidential exchange of feelings and emotions. During counseling sessions one is liable to confront hidden feelings in a more honest way, alongside considering the best available approach to use to manage these with the mental health coping techniques and tool kit. Length of the process is different for different clients and the process stays within boundaries consented by the client also.
